These recordings are from markets and restaurants, recorded just days before the world changed forever. You'll hear the lively buzz of restaurants, the unique charm of underground private kitchens, the dynamic ambience of open and closed markets, and even a special recording made in front of the famous Jumbo Floating Restaurant, which has since tragically sunk.
