Creating Destruction Sound Effects in an Anger Room!

Libby and I embarked on a unique audio project by renting an rampage room in Bangkok, where we were legally permitted to demolish items like a TV, beer bottles, a printer, a scanner, and various smaller objects, for the purpose of compiling an exclusive sound library.

The collection of sound effects featuring crashes, smashes, thuds, the shattering of glass, and the collision of multiple items serves as an invaluable starting point for anyone venturing into sound design. Additionally, these sounds are crucial for crafting a dynamic and immersive soundscape.

The art of sound design is essential to the storytelling in every film, animation, and video game you've encountered.

Through our sound library, we aim to supply you with the premium sounds necessary for forging distinctive creative works. Feel free to use the original recordings as is, or manipulate them with plugins to invent something entirely original.

In search of Double Mid-Side (DMS) recordings? Our sound effects were recorded using the DMS technique with Schoeps CCM4 and Schoeps CCM8 microphones for top quality.
